Today I worked out with 10 other people - we made up 2 groups of 4 and one group of 3.
640 Push Ups
480 Wall Ball
320 Knees to Elbows
320 Box Jumps
rules:
Each team must accumulate the given number of reps of each exercise.
Must complete all the push ups before moving to wall ball, etc
May only have 2 people working out at a time on a team
On my team was Becca, Valla and Kevin. We finished in 32:30
It was REALLY tough!
