I've been feeling sluggish lately. I want to feel limber, agile, and full of vigor again. I want to wake up and spring out of bed with more ease and energy. I want to have my physical practice compliment my meditation practice. I want my body, mind, and soul to be more aligned.
I'll be going to yoga class in Santa Monica with my friend Liz, about 3x/wk. It'll be a breeze. It'll become as necessary as breathing and it won't feel like I'm "working out." I'll be more fit and I will be less of a victim of circumstance because my mind will be stronger and I will be more calm and accepting in general.
