This morning when I woke up I started my mantra: Thank You God, I Love You God, Thank You God, I Love You God, over and over...it's a practice that feels so good. Then I got to thinking about the words and how just saying Thank You and I Love You would carry such beautiful energy even by themselves. I am getting more and more clear on the tremendous power of words. Then throw in God, and that takes me to my Source, to the bigger picture of who I am and where I am.
Then the rush of joy and gratitude for being alive, today, here, feeling the warmth of the covers, the yumminess of a good sleep, and then I starting thinking about all the people too that have come before and all that they have contributed, so I can have this life I have on so many levels, including all the thoughts and learning, the emotions available, the sheets and house and glass, and plants outside my window...my friends and clients and colleagues and teachers...it's endless, really.

Hi Dr Alex, Thank you for your response. I know that you know of what I speak just from your words. It becomes more and more evident daily! And fun to discover how subtle yet huge the change of one word can be.
