So, are you up for the no-diet, lean body challenge? If you're up for it and you'd like to join us, we'd like to see you post your goals here and after that use this area of Peoplejam to check in and stay accountable to your goal(s) at least three times a week. Bring your wins, your challenges and your great ideas. So let's put our heads together and creatively support one another. Let's really think out of the box about how we can have strong, lean and healthy bodies without starving and depriving ourselves. Instead let's honor and respect our bodies with proper fuel and proper exercise and some extreme self care!

Collaborative support is the best way for most of us to attain our goals. So look to this area of Peoplejam to have that support network! Having a lean body without suffering is a radical idea which will require support and a collective wisdom. So let's support one another towards success and all share our wisdom around what we've learned and what we're learning along the way!

This is an awesome idea so count me in. My goal is to lose a total of 14 inches collectively, which means being able to fit in to a size 8/10. :) I hope to accomplish this goal by February. I am currently working out at the gym 4-5 days a week, three of those days include weight training. I am also watching what I eat and using Weight Watchers to support me in that. So here's to reaching goals and having some fun in the process.
