I signed up here so I could send condolences to the family of George Carlin.  I loved his outlook, his irreverence, and his use of logic.  His reduction of the ten commandments to two cannot be beat.

I like to think I'm funny, too.  (I may be wrong, but I still like to think it.)  I'm a writer and teacher, friendly and irreverent, and sometimes even subversive.  Ask me how I teach kids to love doing book reports!
