March 2008: In like a fatted lamb and out like a lean lion!

March is a long month. Winter's in its last paroxysm and spring and summer are sure to follow. New Year's resolutions have been met or have fallen by the wayside. It's easy to fall into an apathetic lassitude while waiting for warmer weather and more daylight.

Don't be a passive little lamb. De-stress your life. Commit or recommit to getting fit. Plan a spring break- even if it's just a mental health break to the driving range or health spa.
