Many of the tips i have posted come from the work i do with local television and radio stations. My goal has always been to disseminate as much sound, scientific, and proven information on how to make change. My newest book: Living SMART: 5 Essential Skills to Change Your Health Habits Forever was just released nationally. Together with a dear friend and fellow psychologist, we have tried to put together and synthesize all the behavioral science that seems to be scattered and bring it into a single text that shows how to make lasting changes in habits and routines. I will continue to post tips and advice from the book. I look forward to growing as a member of the PeopleJam community
