Recognize yourself in any of these basic types?

Wild Child: Crave excitement? Try hiking, rock climbing, surfing & extreme sports. Prefer indoor activities? Strip aerobics & kickboxing.

Social Butterfly: Thrive off the enthusiasm in a coed gym or high-energy class like spinning & aerobics. Music keeps things exciting.

Silent Type: Walk solo, long distance running & cross-country skiing. Spiritual connection? Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi videos mean you never have to leave the house.

Task Master: Love structure & plans? Scheduled workout, routine? Lead yourself through a cardio or strength-training workout. Take charge of own exercise.

Grace Lazenby, celebrity trainer, “You're not likely to stick with something that cramps your style.”

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach to exercise (think 30 minutes of cardio followed by 20 minutes of weights and 10 minutes of stretching), fitness experts are increasingly touting “tailor-made” programs based on personality type.

“When one works WITH the body rather than ON the body, success comes much more naturally. Natural rhythm plays a key role in all dynamics of our being.” Linda Hodge, Coach Celeb

Hey, Mark! Good perception! I'd say yes to the social butterfly fitness workout - twenty years ago... but today, I think I prefer social dancing rather than high energy aerobics. LOL Thanks for playing!
