Ok, so as you may or may not know me, I am the biggest procrastinator of all time. Also, I have no patience. When you own those qualities, dieting can be the hardest thing to do. I lack focus, and motivation. Pretty much lazy. haha

Ok, so I went to the store, and decided to start eating healthier. I was walking down the shopping isle, when all of the sudden the words "Lose up to 6 lbs in 2 weeks" popped out at me. I gravitated towards the box, like a fly to a freaken gas light. I looked on the box, and the directions of the diet were pretty simple. 1 bowl of cereal in the AM, a high protein, high fiber special K snack, for lunch a scrumptious meal replacement bar (yum strawberry is delish!) another snack, and then dinner as you normally do. Pretty simple!

Day 1 was hard! I work in an office, and sitting at your computer and snacking is a habitual routine. You don't even realize you're doing it. Well when you try to train yourself to rid of bad habits, it becomes even more clear how addicted you are to all the crap you eat. Well I survived day 1, and decided I'm gonna push myself, and do it all over again the next day.

Now I'm at day 7 and I feel great. I feel accomplished that I am able to stick to a routine. My body hasn't really changed, but I know results are not going to happen over night. I still have to work in that little thing called excersise into the routine, and who know's when that's gonna happen.

Bahaha didn't I tell you I was a procrastinator?
