I'm going to do this because it's SO healthy for me and my body needs and craves water like nobody's business.
Drinking 8 glasses of H2O a day will be a habit and I won't even have to make a concerted effort to do so. It will just be a natural part of my everyday routine. What is it they say, it takes 28 days to form a habit?

I actually made this a goal for myself last week, did ok, then forgot, then remembered this morning.
Drinking a lot water isn't easy for me. Having a bladder like a four-year-old, doesn't help.
I have my water in front of me now and when you posted this I took a big old chug from it.

At least 2x/week, I'll lug a gallon of water around so that I'm guzzling on the go. It's heavy and sometimes annoying, which is an added incentive to finish the water by the end of the day. Some gallons have handles, that helps a lot.
