At one point I had some real love handles. The rest of my body seemed to be in shape, except for these flabby things on the side! There are two things you must do. The first one is easy. Just stand very straight, hands on your waist, and while keeping your lower half facing forward, just turn your torso slowly as far as you can. I mean push it hard, but slowly. You'll feel it burn if you do a few times.
The second tip - cut the sugar! It creates this flabby "whipped cream" fat around your body.
Okay, if you love your love handles, this is a terrible tip. But if you've been trying to get rid of them for years and be more svelte, this is a great technique.
Great tip Richman,
After years of battling with my weight, I've learned a great deal about it.
Just like you said, too much junk does add up to some not-so-lovely handles.
I find that if I'm eating too much my stomach sticks out (in front), if I"m eating too much junk, I get the fat on the sides.
Its almost as if the fat knows exactly where to land in the more difficult places to lose it!
