Years ago I read an article about simple tips for hanging onto your looks from some beautiful - inside and out - seniors. I took those tips to heart and now I'm happy to hear, "You're in your 50s?" from friends and strangers on a regular basis.
First, take your makeup off, wash your face and moisturize every single night. Take good care of your teeth (there's nothing sexy about dentures). Add stretching to your cardio and strength-training routine. Eat whatever you want, just remember portion control and moderation.
Dance, drink good wine, and read poetry once in a while. And at least once a year do something that gives you butterflies in the stomach. It'll keep you young!

As soon as I read your post, honestly, I got up and watched the make-up off!....oh, and I moisturized.
Now I just have to start stretching more often again...Power Yoga and I are going to begin an intimate relationship...real soon!
What's your favorite wine and why? Who is your favorite poet/poem?
I already know you're going to be on dancing with the stars. What music do you play when you're practicing your moves?
Thanks Libby!
