So...I have a BIG sweet tooth. When I joined Weight Watchers, I had to get really creative about how to get my "fix." Here are a couple of ideas. WW or Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches (low cal, only 2 points each), then get WW low fat yogurt (or any other low fat brand) and put some of you favorite flavor yogurt on top....add a dolop or two of non-fat cool whip and voila! You can also add some fruit at no real caloric cost.
The other dessert I love is my substitute for deep chocolate peanut butter ice cream. Put a table spoon of peanut butter on a WW fudgesickle bar and you will never miss Hagen Daz again!

It keeps my sweet tooth happy and allows me to say within my points (calories) for weight loss, or just maintenance. Good luck and happy, conscious eating!

I'm not sure how we get it but its just like Pringles - once you pop, you can't stop. I think I'm going to cut the sweets out cold turkey and eat more fruits.

I love fruit - after a few weeks of eating fruit and veggies for carbs and no breads and "sweets," fruit has become my dessert. Fresh strawberries, sliced almonds and ricotta cheese is like a great dessert, but it's a healthy meal!

I also like to use the frozen fruit in smoothies......:-)

Peanut butter. Another idea... when your bananas start to really go dark, unpeel them, throw them in a zip lock back and put them in the freezer. And then it's a great treat whenever you're ready! (Thanks for that one, Ryan Browning!)
