I have been experimenting with rules around food combining that I learned at the Tony Robbins event. In a nutshell, proteins and starches should never be combined, but they can each be combined with vegetables. And fruits should always be eaten alone. I must say, I rarely feel tired, and I do not feel like taking a nap in the afternoon. Now, granted this may come with some other changes as well. I've been using a rebounder (mini-trampoline) every morning, which I love. They're only about $50. Try one out!
