When faced with the challenge of giving a presentation about you and/or your business don't worry about feeling anxious. This is completely normal! A great way to reduce anxiety is to focus on having fun! No matter what happens you should enjoy yourself. You will not fumble. That said, if you do what is the worst thing that can happen? You get to laugh at yourself and start over.

People like humor and really appreciate it when others don't take themselves too seriously. In the end, all you can do is prepare yourself as best as possible and the rest will take care of itself. How people respond to your presentation is out of your control so there is no need to spend time worrying about this. One more thing, pray for strength and calmness. :) It works!

Hey Bob,
Great advice, I especially love when I see a speaker be themselves - as oppossed to having a stiff upper lift to meet some "speaking standards". I heard some great advice once about speaking when you're fearful - as opppossed to pushing the fear away, acknowledge to yourself that you're fearful and that you totally accept the fear and do it anyways....takes off the pressure and integrates w/your praying for strength & calmness.
These are great tips, thanks,
Brenda
