Daily Creation Sheet

Bring your day into focus by filling in each of these categories at the start of your day. Each day the information you put in should reflect the kind of day you wish to have.
Categories:
1) Today I choose to experience myself as. . .
2) Today I am grateful for. . . .
3) Today I choose to accomplish the following. . . .
I end each sheet with a short prayer asking for Universal assistance: "If it is in my best interest to experience a very different day than the one listed above, please help me to flow in harmony with the Universe." You will experience exactly the day you envision or one even better!

Whether you ascribe to the idea that "energy follows intent," or "ask for what you want to experience," or some other version of "we are all creative beings," the idea is to get in alignment with what you want. The first step is stating it. I find that on most days I am writing qualities under the "exerpeince myself as" column that are traits I want/need to work on. My "choose to accomplish" list is usualy a to-do list, but it's amazing how much Universal assistance I get, even with the most mundane tasks. I notice a huge difference in the days when I use this tool and the days when I say "I'm too busy," and neglect it. State what you want, get into alignment with it, enjoy the ride!
