The next time you're feeling stuck in your efforts to create money or bring in financial abundance, try this: Go to the bank and withdraw $100 in brand new one dollar bills from your account (don't worry, you're going to put it back). Go home and while laying down, drop the bills all over yourself, roll in the money, envision money coming in from unfathomable places. Allow yourself to laugh and envision money coming freely from the Universe. If you have a friend and you do this with one another it's extremely powerful, but make sure it's a good friend to keep the energy of the exercise light and positive.

A bunch of girlfriends and I went away for a weekend once and we did this exercise. It sounds korny, I know, but it was so powerful. I do this with my kids, and even my husband and I have done the exercise when times were feeling lean and we were struggling to create abundance. Make sure that the bills are new. The energy around new bills is different than the energy around money that has been used to pay debts, been lost, spent frivolously, etc. I believe that one of the reasons this exercise is so powerful is because you have to release inhibitions and be playful in order to even do it in the first place. This kind of spirit creates a direct link to our creative flow.

Whoa, cool idea! Sounds very fun. I can imagine it would put one in a very great mood. I may have to do this and record it for my video post. ;)

On the other side... a friend of mine would take out his money as one's all the time to pay for things that way. He said it would make him very aware of how much things cost and made him very conscious of his spending to pay all in ones.

Gee, after doing this one, you can say "I'm rollin' in dough!" and believe it. What a great thing.
