Experiment with different products. I went through a lot of trial and error before I found the right combination of serums and cremes to manage my curly hair without weighing it down or making it stiff and crunchy.

It's good to switch shampoo and conditioner brands periodically to minimize build-up and dullness of hair shine and texture. If you're not sure what product lines will work best for your hair type, ask your beautician, stylist, barber, etc. Don't forget, as we age, our hair ages right along with us. With the emergence of grey and white hairs, you will need to change the kinds of products you use.

It keeps my hair healthy, shiny, and minimizes breakage and split ends. While salon quality shampoo, conditioners, and styling products cost more money, you need to use far less product and don't go through it as quickly. In the final analysis, you end up spending approximately the same amount as on drugstore products because you purchase them more often.
