Are you a different person at home than at work? Why not try integrating all of the various roles you play in your life. BE ALL of you....in all venues. Add the playfulness to work, that you have with your children, for example. Give it a go and see what happens.

I guess it is actually about giving up "control" of the persception others have of us. I find that I am more authentic in all of my interactions, if I "dare to be me". And more naturally creative! If you do try this, be sure and share your experience!
