TO BECOME AN EXERCISE ADDICT

I'm not a natural athlete or gym junkie, but I know it's critical for me to create an exercise habit. I need 30-minutes-a-day to keep my energy level high and my clothes fitting right. I like to mix it up, power walking with girlfriends, taking an occasional yoga class and lifting weights with a trainer.

Despite my best efforts, I could use even more accountability to keep me on track. I invite you all to bug, motivate, check in, or otherwise hold me accountable to my 30-a-day goal. Let me know your goals and I'll be happy to come up with some creative accountability factors for you!

Libby, what are you doing?! Don't do this to me...don't make me hold you accountable because you're going to have to check in with me as well!

I posted a goal to begin Power Yoga like 2wks ago and I'm not ashamed to admit that the goal is still sitting on the shelf, waiting for me to pick it up and run with it.

Perhaps this is what we both need...let's shake on it?

Gimme creative accountability puh-leeze!!!!!!!!!!!!! My body will thank you for it.
