I have resolved to spare you more incessant ranting about the only ways to relax while taking part in sports is through golf or surfing. In fact, there are many diverse sports to participate in while incorporating ways to relax.

1. Croquet: An excellent stress buster is being outside during a leisurely game of croquet with friends. The game can be a challenging or laid-back as you want it to be.
2. Bowling: As long as you aren’t involved in a very competitive league with many serious participants, this sport is quite relaxing and fun! Laughing at your friends, family, and yourself when there’s a gutter ball is only part of the shenanigans involved.
3. Archery: Learning is part of the fun! Calmly set, aim, and let go. The best part is imagining that you are aiming for your boss, ex, or whatever is troubling you! Or you could just enjoy the satisfaction of hitting the target!

4. Roller skating: Not inline skates – roller skates! Remember how much fun you had as a child on your skates? It is just as fun today so dust off that ancient pair or hit a local rink! This stress buster is sure to make you laugh!
5. Swimming: Whether you can float in the pool endlessly or just sort of do your version of a relaxing backstroke, this activity will put your mind at ease. Well, unless you can’t swim – in that case, stick to the wading pool!
