K-Bell Swing (20kg) - 23

L-Sit (or in my case chair sit) - no time, just as long as you could

Handstand Push Up (1 abmat + thin CF journal) - 7

Pullups - 21

Squats - 65

Turkish Getup (35#) - 4

Double Unders - 46

Weighted Situps (20#) - 22

The Nub was not pleased at all with the L-Sit/Chair Sit. I also only
did 20# on the weighted situp, because last time when I did them with
25# the Nub was angered.
