Legs were sore, so I decided to do....hang squat cleans?  100 of them??

10 d-bell hang squat clean (25#)

10 clapping pushups

Would have done 30# d-bells on a non-lunge week, but this was plenty. 
The lighter weight made it more cardio, which is good, too.  The
clapping pushups are what I slowed down on.  HSC’s I made most sets
without putting the db’s down - when I rested I did so for a few second
standing there, then kept going.  Clapping pushups were 3-5 reps at a
time the whole 100.  BUT I DID 100 CLAPPING PUSHUPS!!!
