4/1

Supposed to have Yoga Naga at noon on Tuesdays, but I walked down there
(about 1/2 mile from the gym) and they told me it was canceled. Grrr.
So I got a nice 1 mile round trip stroll.

Then worked out with Andy in the afternoon...sort of. He finished
about 20 minutes before me and then came back in the gym a few times
and said, “Are you still working out???”

For time:

15 Handstand push-ups

1 L Pull-up

13 Handstand push-ups

3 L Pull-ups

11 Handstand push-ups

5 L Pull-ups

9 Handstand push-ups

7 L Pull-ups

7 Handstand push-ups

9 L Pull-ups

5 Handstand push-ups

11 L Pull-ups

3 Handstand push-ups

13 L Pull-ups

1 Handstand push-up

15 L Pull-ups

We’re going to use the phrase “for time” rather loosely here…

Time 37:08

I switched to chair pullups instead of L pullups at the 7 pullup
round. The handstand pushups actually got more comfortable as I went
along. 2 abmats for a target is too thick, so I used 1 abmat plus one
of the 2007 Jan-June binders of the CF Journal. lol! My goal is to
move to a smaller journal next time and then 1 abmat. This workout was
hard, but I’m glad I did it - I want to get my deadhangs back in full
force and I strangely enjoy working on HSPUs.
