Quick weight vest workout with Burch and Andy.
3x
30 double unders
20 g/h situps
12 squat jumps
10 k-bell swings (20kg)
2 rope climbs
All while wearing 10# weight vest
Time= 14:10
Wouldn’t have been a hard work out at all without the weight vest.
Weight vest just made it draggy and heavy. I was somehow possessed by
freakish double under capability in the 3rd round though and cranked
them out to get ahead of Andy and John. Lord knows how that happened!
Feeling good about 20kg k-bell swings. Gonna give myself a month before I try the 24kg though.
The best part of this whole workout was Andy getting his jumprope
tied around his foot and shuffling across the room to the g/h machines,
trying to shake it off the entire time and then finally just getting in
and doing his situps with it still stuck to his foot. I had to take a
break from my double unders, not because I was tired, but because I was
laughing so hard I couldn’t breath properly!
