3/26 - Ouch My Arms Hurt

Very glad I took yesterday as a rest day from CF and didn’t do my normal pushing Tuesday stuff!

21-15-9

D-bell bench press (30# d-bells)

Weighted situps (25#/20# d-bell behind head)

Push ups (on toes)

1-arm k-bell snatch (16kg)

Push press (62# total - barbell)

I originally planned to do 25# on the weighted situp, in fact I did the
entire first round with 25# but it made my Nub hurt with a kind of
sharp pain so I switched to the 20# for the next two rounds. This was
the first time I did weighted situps since the Nub arrived.

This workout made my arms hurt.
