Cleans actually felt really good today. One positive side effect of
jacking my left bicep up is that I could clearly tell whenever I was
pulling on the bar, because it hurt! lol! But I actually managed not
to pull until a couple times on the last round and then was able to
correct. So, I’m VERY happy with that accomplishment.
I did 82# because I was using our new 22# women’s bar, which is
AWESOME. The diameter is narrower than the 45# bars and is good for
little hands! It made me happy.
Did dips with the mini band - in retrospect I probably should have
done it with only half the mini-band or no band, ‘cause I was still
able to do like 4-5 in a row on the last set. That surprised me
because of my dip-pushup festival yesterday. Maybe I’m getting stronger
again! yay! ![]()
I think being back in the Zone-ish vicinity nutrition wise is making a difference, too. Go figure! ![]()
