This is my 4th day of successful blogging on this site, I believe. I've started blogs elsewhere but after about a week or so, I fall prey to other social networking sites and well, just plain ol' keeping up with business. but, this time around, I vowed I would make it a good "go" here at peoplejam. You know how they say it takes 21 days to break a habit and 21 days to create one; well, that's what I am aiming for here.
So, I am calling on you fellow peoplejammers to hold me accountable.
There is something powerful in making requests, isn't there? It really is incredible when we set an intention and then make a declaration like I've done here (declaring that I will blog for 21 days straight) something shifts in our feelings about a "task" or activity. In fact, it is doesn't feel like a task at all, rather it feels like inspired, intentional action especially because we've invited others to be part of the process. Because others are involved, there is an accountability piece that makes it nearly impossible that which we set out to do. I really love and use the power of declaring when I want big, fat forward movement in something. I just know I cannot go at it alone.
Hence, you are all on my personal journey of making this blog work. If you see I haven't blogged in a day or a few days, please call me out on it! I am asking to be held accountable. Further, if you wanted to provide some comments to help me improve or make some modifications, I'd love to hear that, too.
So, here's to my 21 days of blogging-bliss! Now, let's see about creating that new habit of sticking to my new exercise plan, LOL...

Oh thanks for the support! Man, I fell out on my blog the next day...bummer : ( I ended up being in a 6-day seminar and was zonked by the end of the night but I would love it if you all continued to hold me accountable by emailing me at: laurie@extremedreamtraining.com when I have fallen of the wagon!
Thanks for the comments and I am thrilled to know you are enjoying the posts. You rock : )
HI Laurie,
Great Post. I love that you are making a deceleration and asking us to hold you accountable. What is your definition of accountable? I know what my definition of accountable is. Do you want us to email you if you are not being your word? Do you want us to call you? I know when I hold someone accountable I will do what it takes to have them be their word out of my commitment for others success.
Thanks for playing the game
Joel
