Max set of Pull Ups

1 – 40
2 – 22
3 – 20
4 – 21
5 – 20
6 – 22
Total: 145 pull ups

I've been really sore for the past week because I've only been working out about once every 4 days... Time to get back to 3 days on and 1 day off.
