5 rounds for time of:

20 PullUps

30 PushUps

40 Sit Ups

50 Squats

3 minutes rest between each round

1 - 2:38

2 - 2:44

3 - 3:03

4 - 3:04

5 - 3:13

Felt pretty good up through round 3. Round 4 was tough… and round 5 justcompletely took it out of me! Thiswas my first workout after a complete week off… totally off… and I loved everyminute of it!
