I am in love with technology--I have been for 10 years. Further, I am in love with the number of ways a person can use technology to learn/growth--in real time. 

The PeopleJam site is a great example.  Another is the iPod...certainly one of Apples greatest contributions to humanity! I can use this little marvel to learn/grow at home, driving, flying, in the gym, the taxi, walking, biking, doing chores and EVEN sleeping!!! Forgetaboutit.

Here’s a quick hit list of learning/growth uses:

1. Growth Audio books. I can learn/grow exponentially faster by listening to books. Some books, I listen to 5+ times. You can jump right to the section you want, make it a favorite...etc. You all know where to buy these.

2. Empowering music playlist. Create a playlist that supercharges you. What the hell, create one for all the times/moods of your life--Gym, meditation, romance, wake up, state change, feel good, party...etc
