5 x 5 Snatch Balance
95 – 125 lbs
This workout was way longer and harder than I thought it would be. Took me almost 1 hour including warming up with snatches. On each exercise, I used more weight than I thought I could. At 125 lbs snatch balance, I dropped a few.
