Split Jerks - 115 lbs

Prior to doing this workout, I was debating as to whether to increase the weight of the Jerk. I ultimately decided not to - that if it was easy, I’d just go more quickly. It turned out that the Jerks were the hardest part for sure! Glad I didn’t go heavier!
