Today was essentially an “off” day… EXCEPT, that is, for our Parkour seminar! Holy crap… I forgot how much fun that stuff is! We spent about 3 hours running around and playing like little kids - rolling, jumping, tumbling, vaulting, falling… it was awesome.
Thanks to Cliff and his gang at LA School of Gymnastics for making it all happen. We’ll have to do it again soon!
