10/19 Parkour Seminar! 3 hours of Parkour.
Really really really fun.
Need a chiropractor.
10/20 Was supposed to be The Grace today in the Master class, but most of us were too sore. I did a bunch of practice clean and jerk with 65# and watched Kilker and Traver work their asses off setting their baselines.
10/21 Rest Day Tabata napping.
I kicked ass.
10/22 “The Grace”
30 reps of clean and jerk with 95#

Gonna be doing a whooooole lotta front squats for the next 7 weeks - that part hurt!
10/22 Oh, I forgot, I went to Tai Chi Class this morning, too.
10/23 Tuesdays is pushing and running day, but I definitely wasn’t going to go out running in this nasty air today. So it became pushing day. I am not sore at all from doing Grace yesterday, but I realized when I started to do the push jerks today, that my muscles are in fact very TIRED. Holy mother.

I had intended (in my head) to do 95# on the push jerks, but quickly readjusted when I realized my shoulders were poop. 65# felt plenty hard enough.
Did dips with mini band. I suck at dips. Cill thinks I should be able to do them with no help. So, I’m going to give my arms a couple days of rest and try them with no help in a couple days. It’s kinda like pullups I think, I’m just gonna have to suck it up and do a couple at a time. Hopefully I can DO a couple at at time! lol!
Pushups—I think I kinda rock at these now. Who knew? I mean, I was only doing a few at a time after the jerks and dips, since it’s all pushing, but I know I have good form so I’m cool with it! :)
