Tabata intervals are 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Normally you do 8 intervals. Today we did a half set, so we did 4 intervals of Tabata squats, and then did 7 muscle ups, and went back and forth. My squat score means every 20 second interval I did 21 squats.
