Qi Gong Class
My instructor focused a lot on breathing today. Sometimes I have an easier time than others breathing from my stomach. I also sometimes feel like, in the middle of the movements that if I try to breath right, move right, stay relaxed, etc, that it’s somewhat akin to rubbing my belly and patting my head.
Apparently this doesn’t actually show, though, since my instructor gave me some really nice compliments today. And I know being strong in a broad and general way from CrossFit helps my movements in Qi Gong and helps me to do them in an efficient manner.
I find it really intriguing to watch other people’s movements in Qi Gong class also - how their squats work (or don’t work), how they walk, maintain balance, etc. Being that’s it’s a slow to medium paced movement done in repetition you can really see the tendencies in people’s movement and their bodies.

100 Burpee Pull-Ups
Time=21:54
No assistance on the pullups and all the pushups on the toes.
Literally could not have done this workout 1 year ago.
