Rest Days!
These were the “2 off” of my “5 on, 2 off”—even took the day off from Tai Chi to fully rest and not just pretend rest ("Well, it’s not REALLY a work out like CrossFit..."), like I have on some other “rest” days. Was feeling pretty beat up the last couple weeks by the time I got to rest days, so I think these 2 days completely off, even though mentally trying, was good for my body.
Back at it tomorrow!
