Muhammad Ali did it in 1974. Donald Trump in 1994. Lance Armstrong did it in 1998. The People of New Orleans did it again in 2006.

And in 2008 even Britney Spears did it.

The Comeback.

Everybody loves one and nobody does it better than the American people.

In the face of a crushing global economy, two grueling wars, and political unrest, many had counted America down and out.

But this November 4th, with the world as our stage, American’s dug deep, made history, and united as one to give the millions watching in anticipation, one clear message: We’re not going anywhere.

And with the country only as good as it’s citizens, this week on PeopleJam we have featured reviews on products and articles that help you be the best you possible!

Mjheidinger writes of Maxwell’s timeless classic The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership:“…this novel explains that nothing is impossible, and that everything is achievable. This would be a great book for anyone wanting to start a home business, teach a subject, or someone just looking for motivation.”

Glcameron writes of the invaluable self improvement website, ToolstoLife.com:“This website…offers you the resources to improve whatever issues you are having at that moment. With the economic crisis and other daily stresses this site offers so much for you to go off of. You realize that others are going through the same issues, and by sharing ideas we can all get out of it together.”

And find out what inspired one reader, “Their journey of triumph and perseverance through difficult setbacks is both moving and encouraging and is proof that an optimistic attitude and positive thinking is key to overcoming such challenging situations,” in Against All Odds: Lessons on Success From Our 4 White House Hopefuls written by one of our insightful PJ Bloggers, TheLoveGuru.

I am very encouraged by your article, and I definitely have hope for America. It's definitely harder now to be hopeful, but I just hope and pray that we will be that comeback kid. We also have to realize much of the world economy is dependent on the US economy, so it's crucial that this happens.

Very right... without hope there is no life. It is more critical than air, food and water.

After this past election season, I am incredibly hopeful about where our country is heading. While I am glad we elected who needed to be elected given the current global situation and that itself could be seen as a comeback, I think it's going to be quite a while for this country, and planet as a whole, to have a comeback. But saying that, I am 100% confident that it will come. Great article!

Thank you for the reminder! This is something that is easy to forget but very important to remember during these hard times.
